1. Controller

2. Principle

We process personal data only as far as necessary to run this website and to handle your requests.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser identifier in order to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure and stable website.

Transfers to third countries and their legal basis: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR); standard contractual clauses also apply (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

4. No cookies

This website sets no cookies and stores no information on your device. Fonts are loaded from this website itself; there is no connection to Google Fonts.

5. Requests via form and email

If you contact us through the demo form or by email, we process your details (name, business, city, number of tills and locations, email, phone, message) to answer your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

The recipient is our distribution partner BezKordoniv OÜ; the mailbox is operated by Zoho. We keep requests only in the mailbox and delete them once they are settled and no statutory retention obligations apply.

At present the form itself transmits no data: it opens your email program with the details you entered.

6. Spam protection (planned)

Once the form is connected, we will protect it with Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare then processes technical data from your browser to detect automated requests (Turnstile Privacy Addendum). Whether any information is stored on your device will be added when it is introduced.

7. Audience measurement (planned)

Cloudflare Web Analytics is planned. It works without cookies and without storing anything on your device. It is not active at present.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)).

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). Competent authority: Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, www.aki.ee. You can also contact the supervisory authority of your habitual residence or place of work.
