Privacy policy

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is: BezKordoniv OÜ, Tartu mnt 52/1, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia, email [email protected] (see Imprint).

2. Principle

We process personal data only as far as necessary to run this website and to handle your requests.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser identifier in order to provide the page and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure and stable website. Server log data is processed by Cloudflare only for as long as needed to provide the website and keep it secure and is then deleted; we do not have access to it.

Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR); standard contractual clauses also apply (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

4. No cookies

This website sets no cookies and stores no information on your device. Fonts are loaded from this website itself; there is no connection to Google Fonts.

5. Requests via form and email

When you send the demo form, your details (name, business, city, country, number of tills and locations, email, phone, message) are transmitted via Cloudflare (Pages Functions, see section 3) to Microsoft Azure (Azure Functions and Azure Communication Services Email; Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., region Europe), which sends them as an email to our mailbox in Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.). They are not stored in a database. Your IP address is used only to limit the number of requests and is not stored.

Emails to [email protected] – sent directly or with the email button that appears if the form cannot be sent – arrive in our mailbox at Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation B.V., EU data centre).

Cloudflare, Microsoft, Google and Zoho process the data on our behalf under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR). Transfers to the USA: Microsoft Corporation and Google LLC are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR); standard contractual clauses also apply (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

We process your details – from the form or from an email – to answer your request and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures). We keep requests only in our mailboxes and delete them once they are settled and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Required details, no automated decisions

You are not obliged by law or contract to provide your details. Without the fields marked *, however, we cannot answer your request.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21, see section 8). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)).

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). Competent authority: Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, www.aki.ee. You can also contact the supervisory authority of your habitual residence or place of work.

8. Right to object

Right to object: Where we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (website hosting and server logs), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). Send your objection to [email protected].
